An approved stage of national interest “Art and creation for digital writing and live performance” by the Ministry of Culture, the Centre des arts Enghien-les-Bains is developing its activities at the border between arts, science and technology. A resource hub for digital creation, a platform for expertise and a hub for artistic residencies, the CDA offers a varied artistic program around the visual arts, the performing arts (music, dance, etc.) and cinema. Recognized as a creative city of digital arts by UNESCO, Enghien-les-Bains became in 2013 the smallest city in the network in the world to carry a digital project that the CDA has embodied for fifteen years both on a scale local than international.
